In the first 8 months of 2023, imports of meat and meat products from India reached 90.47 thousand tons, worth 265.96 million USD, down 13.6% in volume and 20.9% in value over the same period in 2022.
In the first 8 months of 2023, the market structure supplying meat and meat products to Vietnam changed when imports from India, the United States, Brazil, and South Korea decreased, while imports from Russia increased compared to the same period in 2022.
