According to Hindustan Times, Krish Arora surprised the world with an IQ of 162, surpassing legendary geniuses like Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking, who had an estimated IQ of around 160.
Krish showed exceptional abilities from an early age. He could read fluently at the age of 4 and solve complex math problems in a flash.
"Also at the age of 4, Krish's writing ability was extremely good. We saw a lot of hope in him," Ms. Nischal, the genius's mother, told My London.
Krish is also a prodigy in extracurricular activities. Despite only playing chess for 4 months, Krish was able to defeat his instructor - who was ranked 1,600 by the International Chess Federation (FIDE).
The boy also has a natural talent for music. After only 1.5 years of studying piano, Krish achieved level 8, an impressive achievement. The boy possesses absolute musical ability. This is the ability of a person who does not need any musical instrument or milestone notes, they can still determine the pitch of any note when listening, and they can sing any note at the correct pitch. Krish's musical talent has helped him be inducted into the "Hall of Fame" of Trinity College of Music.
The boy also regularly tutored his classmates. Teachers recognized his teaching skills and started assigning Krish to help his classmates, especially in Mathematics.
He was recently accepted into Mensa, a society for the world's smartest people. Members must pass a test to determine whether they are among the top 2% of the population with the highest IQ.
"It's a challenge to raise such a smart child. He always asks questions, but it's a joy for us, it's a gift we've received," said Mauli, the boy's father.
Next year, Krish will attend Queen Elizabeth School in Barnet, one of the top public schools in England. Krish's twin sister, Keira, is also bright and talented and has been accepted to four secondary schools in the country.
