Reviewing the content of the 17th session of the Provincial People's Council

(BTNO) - On the morning of February 17, the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council held a conference to review the contents submitted to the 17th session of the 10th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026.

Mr. Truong Nhat Quang - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Head of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Commission chaired the meeting. Participating in the review session was Ms. Nguyen Dai Thy - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.

At the conference, the Department of Home Affairs presented a draft Resolution on the reorganization of specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province. According to the Resolution, after the reorganization, the Provincial People's Committee will have 10 departments and 2 equivalent agencies, including: Department of Industry and Trade; Department of Education and Training; Department of Science and Technology; Department of Home Affairs; Department of Agriculture and Environment; Department of Finance; Department of Justice; Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Department of Construction; Department of Health; Provincial Inspectorate; Office of the Provincial People's Committee.

At the working session, through research, members of the Legal Committee agreed with the draft Resolution. At the same time, they requested the drafting agency to review the entire draft content; and add more legal basis to the draft Resolution.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Mr. Truong Nhat Quang - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, Head of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee requested the drafting agencies to continue to closely follow the instructions and directives of the Central Government, especially the instructions on organizational structure to promptly update the submission and draft Resolution to ensure compliance with regulations.
