Reviewing the content presented at the 17th session of the Provincial People's Council.

(BTNO) - On the morning of February 17, the Legal Affairs Committee of the Provincial People's Council held a conference to review the contents to be submitted to the 17th session of the 10th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026.

Mr. Truong Nhat Quang, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department and Head of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Affairs Committee, chaired the meeting. Ms. Nguyen Dai Thy, Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, also participated in the review session.

At the conference, the Department of Internal Affairs presented the draft Resolution on the reorganization of specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province. According to the Resolution, after the reorganization, the People's Committee of the province will have 10 departments and 2 equivalent agencies, including: Department of Industry and Trade; Department of Education and Training; Department of Science and Technology; Department of Internal Affairs; Department of Agriculture and Environment; Department of Finance; Department of Justice; Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Department of Construction; Department of Health; Provincial Inspectorate; and the Office of the People's Committee of the province.

During the meeting, after reviewing the draft resolution, the members of the Legal Committee unanimously agreed with the proposal. They also requested that the drafting agency review the entire draft and add further legal grounds to the draft resolution.

Concluding the conference, Mr. Truong Nhat Quang, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department and Head of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Affairs Committee, requested that the drafting agencies continue to closely follow the guidelines and directives from the Central Government, especially the guidelines on organizational structure, to promptly update the submission and draft Resolution to ensure compliance with regulations.
