Ms. Cao Thi Dia (78 years old, in residential group 7, Nam Ly ward) is the wife of martyr Phan Thanh Duc (1944-1972) who died on the southern battlefield.

With the attention of the Party and the State, Ms. Cao Thi Dia's house was renovated with an area of ​​nearly ^70m2 , with a total support value of 40 million VND. Up to now, the house has been completed, has full functionality, creating conditions for her to enjoy her old age.
