Earlier, at around 6:15 this morning, Mr. Ha Van Sy rode a motorbike carrying his niece Ha Thi Nhi to school across Thanh stream, in the area of ​​​​sub-camp No. 3, Thanh Lam prison, Xuan Hoa commune. At this time, there was heavy rain in Nhu Xuan district, the water was about 25 cm above the traffic spillway. The authorities had posted warning signs, but Mr. Ha Van Sy still crossed and unfortunately fell into the stream. Immediately after the accident, the people and the forces rescued Ha Thi Nhi and took her to the hospital for emergency care. At 8:12, the rescue team found the body of the victim Ha Van Sy and handed it over to the family for funeral arrangements.

Also this afternoon, leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Red Cross Society visited, encouraged and gave gifts to Ha Thi Nhi who is being treated at Thanh Hoa Provincial General Hospital.
