On the afternoon of May 21, Comrade Tran Hong Ha, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister chaired a national online conference with ministries, branches and localities to contribute opinions to the drafting of Government decrees related to the fields of housing construction and real estate business. Comrade Nguyen Quang Hung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended the conference at the Thai Binh bridge.

Delegates from central ministries, branches and provinces and cities discussed and contributed opinions to the following drafts: Decree detailing a number of articles of the Law on Real Estate Business; Decree detailing a number of articles of the Law on Real Estate Business on the construction and management of information systems and databases on housing and the real estate market; Decree detailing a number of articles of the Law on Housing on the development and management of social housing; Decree on renovation and reconstruction of apartment buildings; Decree detailing a number of articles of the Law on Housing.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha highly appreciated the efforts of ministries, branches and localities in participating in the development of draft decrees related to the implementation of a number of Laws. Along with fully absorbing the opinions at the conference, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha suggested that relevant ministries and branches continue to work with experts, the Vietnam Real Estate Association and provinces and cities to clarify the theoretical basis, practice, feasibility in applying new policies and methods on the management of housing, social housing, apartments, real estate; ensuring clarity, simplicity, coherence, and effective application. Timely institutionalize regulations and practical experiences that have been proven to be correct and effective. Review and clarify the scope of regulation of draft decrees guiding the implementation of the 2024 Land Law, comply with the assigned authority, without omission or overlap.

The Deputy Prime Minister also requested localities and the Vietnam Real Estate Association to mobilize businesses and independent experts to continue to contribute opinions, provide feedback and propose solutions to ensure the development of clear, feasible and practical decrees.
