After reaching the new rural finish line, the Party Committees and authorities of the three communes: Van Con, Song Phuong, and Duong Lieu quickly started to develop plans. The Party Committees of the communes issued resolutions, and the People's Committees of the communes concretized them into documents to direct the implementation from the commune to each village and hamlet.
Along with the support of Hanoi City and Hoai Duc District, during the implementation process, localities focused on mobilizing resources to complete and improve the new rural criteria. The process of building new rural areas in localities has the participation and support of many classes of people.
On October 25, members of the Hanoi New Rural Area Assessment Team conducted a field survey of the criteria for building advanced new rural areas in 3 communes: Van Con, Song Phuong, Duong Lieu. They reviewed and assessed the records for recognition of advanced new rural areas of the 3 communes.
The delegation members acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved in building advanced new rural areas of the 3 communes. At the same time, they also frankly pointed out a number of issues that localities need to continue to pay attention to and improve to ensure sufficient conditions to submit to the Hanoi New Rural Area Appraisal Council for consideration and recognition.
Speaking at the conference, Deputy Chief of Office of the Hanoi New Rural Development Program Coordination Office Ngo Van Ngon acknowledged that through field surveys, the three communes of Van Con, Song Phuong, and Duong Lieu have done a lot, but have not yet been fully included and demonstrated in the audit report and supporting documents.
Based on the comments of the appraisal team members, Mr. Ngo Van Ngon suggested that localities review and complete the dossier to ensure it is "solid - sharp - deep". Continue to pay attention to and invest in upgrading new rural criteria in the direction of models associated with urban development.
In the coming time, Deputy Chief of Office of the Hanoi New Rural Development Program Coordination Office Ngo Van Ngon suggested that communes focus on promoting information and propaganda work so that people understand and continue to accompany and support the government in the process of building new rural areas, moving towards upgrading communes to wards.
