Thai Thuy: Nearly 400 cadres, teachers and students participate in the "Cheo singing and dancing" contest

On the morning of April 26, the Departmentof Education and Training coordinated with the Thai Thuy District Labor Federation to organize a "Cheo singing and dancing" contest and award prizes for the painting contest for primary school students with the theme "Happy School" for the 2023-2024 school year.
Leaders of the Department of Education and Training awarded the first prize winning cluster of the "Cheo singing and dancing" contest.
The competition was attended by nearly 400 cadres, teachers and students representing 7 clusters of 104 schools in the district. 14 performances (7 by students, 7 by teachers) with content praising revolutionary traditions, love for the homeland, pride in the local education career, honoring teachers... brought the audience sublime emotions. The competition contributed to the strong and extensive development of Cheo art in educational institutions; discovered talented Cheo artists; raised awareness and understanding of Cheo art, thereby contributing to preserving, conserving and educating cultural traditions for cadres, teachers and students in the district.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 3 first prizes, 6 second prizes, 6 third prizes and 6 consolation prizes to outstanding performances and units.
