Thai Nguyen: Nearly 1,700 billion VND invested in 2 urban areas in Phu Binh

On April 19, along with the inauguration ceremony of the Hanoi Capital Region Ring Road V Project - the section passing through Pho Yen City, Phu Binh District and the groundbreaking and inauguration of key projects and works nationwide, Thai Nguyen province organized the groundbreaking ceremony of Phu Binh 1 Urban Area Project and Phu Binh 2 Urban Area Project; awarded investment registration certificates to secondary investors in the Hanh Phuc - Xuan Phuong Industrial Cluster and Bao Ly - Xuan Phuong Industrial Cluster.

Attending the ceremony were comrade Trinh Viet Hung, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee.

Comrade Trinh Viet Hung, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and delegates started the construction of Phu Binh Urban Area 1 project and Phu Binh Urban Area 2 project.

Provincial Party Secretary Trinh Viet Hung and delegates broke ground on Phu Binh 1 Urban Area Project and Phu Binh 2 Urban Area Project.

At the program, the Provincial People's Committee and Viet Cuong Construction Concrete Joint Stock Company organized the groundbreaking ceremony of Phu Binh 1 Urban Area Project and Phu Binh 2 Urban Area Project. The two projects have a total investment of nearly 1,700 billion VND.

These are projects that play an important role in realizing urban development planning, improving infrastructure quality and contributing to promoting socio-economic development of Phu Binh district in particular and Thai Nguyen province in general. The total capital deployed in the coming time will make a positive and important contribution to the overall development and growth of the province.

Comrade Trinh Viet Hung, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and delegates presented certificates to secondary investors of the Hanh Phuc - Xuan Phuong Industrial Cluster and the Bao Ly - Xuan Phuong Industrial Cluster.

Also at the program, the leaders of the Department of Finance awarded investment registration certificates and memorandums of understanding to 8 secondary investors in the Hanh Phuc - Xuan Phuong Industrial Cluster and Bao Ly - Xuan Phuong Industrial Cluster. The total investment capital for the infrastructure of the Hanh Phuc - Xuan Phuong Industrial Cluster, Bao Ly - Xuan Phuong Industrial Cluster and the registered investment capital of 8 secondary investors in the two industrial clusters is over 4,4324 billion VND.

Investment projects in two industrial clusters

- Dai Viet Phu Binh Steel Rolling Mill Project: 2,200 billion VND.
- Xuan Phuong Paper Factory Project: 350 billion VND
- Phuc Huy Paper Factory Project: 159,804 billion VND.
- Phuong A Paper Factory Project: 150 billion VND.
- High-tech steel processing and trading factory project: 150 billion VND.
- Project of Factory producing and trading all kinds of paper and packaging: 121 billion VND.
- Project of door industry material processing factory complex: 56,548 billion VND.
- HTS Heat Treatment Plant Project: 38,782 billion VND.
