Thai Nguyen speeds up progress of key projects

Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Secretary Trinh Viet Hung inspected the Glory Golf Course Project in Thanh Cong Commune, Pho Yen City.

The Glory Golf Course Project in Thanh Cong Commune (Pho Yen City) has an area of ​​nearly 54 hectares, a scale of 18 holes, a total investment of nearly 388 billion VND, invested by MDA G&C Company Limited. This is one of 13 golf courses approved by the Prime Minister in the Thai Nguyen Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050. The project contributes to creating more highlights and driving forces for tourism and service development in Thai Nguyen province.

The investor of Glory Golf Course Project is speeding up construction progress, striving to complete the project in July 2025, 2 months ahead of schedule.

Currently, the project has completed 70% of the work including golf course shaping, grass planting, drainage system, tramway, clubhouse and auxiliary works... The investor strives to complete the project in July 2025, 2 months ahead of schedule.

Flamingo Majestic Islands Resort project at Nui Coc Lake Tourist Area is invested and built by Flamingo Group with 6-star standards. The total planning area in the first phase is 61 hectares (including water surface) with a system of luxurious villas, isolated resort space combined with a chain of high-class utilities.

The Flamingo Majestic Islands Resort project at Nui Coc Lake Tourist Area is being actively implemented by investors.

The project promises to exploit the tourism potential of Nui Coc Lake, creating a breakthrough for Thai Nguyen tourism on the luxury resort map, thereby contributing to raising the level of Thai Nguyen tourism brand domestically and internationally. Currently, the investor is actively implementing the project items with the determination to be ahead of schedule.

Tan Thai Golf Course Project (Dai Tu) is the first golf course project approved by the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province after the Prime Minister approved the Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050. The project is invested by Tan Thai Golf Joint Stock Company, covering an area of ​​84.2 hectares, designed with the main items: 18-hole golf course according to international standards, operator house, auxiliary works, green landscape... with a total investment of over 586 billion VND.

The project is planned based on the existing natural ecosystem, clinging to the eastern slope of Tam Dao mountain range; has a traffic system connecting provincial road 270, Bac Son extended road, adjacent to the regional connecting road... Currently, the investor is mobilizing machinery, human resources, dividing construction shifts both day and night, to speed up the progress of the project's items, striving to complete in 2025.

Tan Thai golf course project is being accelerated

The Bac Son extended road project is nearly 10km long, with a total investment of over 2,100 billion VND. The road is designed with 6 lanes, a cross-section of 61m wide, and plays a role in connecting the center of Thai Nguyen City with Nui Coc Lake Tourist Area. The project is invested by Xuan Truong Private Construction Enterprise under the form of public-private partnership (PPP). Currently, the main road has been basically completed, however, auxiliary items such as: trees, lighting, water supply system, fire prevention and fighting system... have not been fully invested in and built.

Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Secretary Trinh Viet Hung and provincial leaders, leaders of departments and branches inspected the Bac Son Road Extension Project.

After receiving approval from the Prime Minister in Document No. 152/TB-VPCP dated April 3, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee directed the Thai Nguyen City People's Committee to coordinate with the investor to implement the conditions to restart the Project. Currently, the investor has mobilized vehicles, machinery, equipment, and human resources to carry out construction, striving to put the project into use in 2025.

Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Secretary Trinh Viet Hung requested localities, units and investors to promote a positive and proactive spirit, "overcome the sun, overcome the rain", and coordinate closely to speed up the progress of projects.

During the inspections, Provincial Party Secretary Trinh Viet Hung acknowledged and highly appreciated the active and proactive participation of investors and relevant localities and units in speeding up the progress of projects and works. Affirming that these are projects of great significance to promoting the socio-economic development of the province and provinces in the region, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Secretary requested localities, units and investors to promote a positive and proactive spirit, "overcoming the sun, overcoming the rain" and closely coordinate to speed up the progress of work contents, ensuring absolute safety, compliance with procedures and regulations of the law; soon put the projects and works into use with the spirit of striving to be ahead of schedule.

The Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee also requested specialized agencies to strengthen inspection and supervision to ensure the quality and technical standards of the construction process; at the same time, sectors and localities closely coordinate with investors to promptly resolve arising difficulties and develop effective exploitation plans when the project is completed.

The Bac Son road extension project has restarted the remaining items, striving to put into use in 2025.

With the goal of strongly promoting and unlocking investment resources within and outside the budget, thereby improving growth quality, especially for projects that lead the economy, in order to realize the target of sustainable growth from 8.5 to 10.5% in 2025, Provincial Party Secretary Trinh Viet Hung affirmed that Thai Nguyen province is committed to always accompanying and creating the most favorable conditions for investors when they come to Thai Nguyen to implement projects.
