Thai Binh organizes Tourism Week 2025 with many rich and unique activities

This is the second time the locality has organized an event to promote its potential and strengths to attract organizations and individuals to invest in tourism development, and at the same time, it is an opportunity to invite visitors from near and far to the rice homeland of Thai Binh.

According to the plan, the event will take place from May 1 to May 5, 2025 at Ky Ba Park, Thai Binh City. Through monitoring, all preparations for the event are currently being urgently implemented by the locality.

In 2024, Thai Binh province organized a Tourism Week combined with a quite successful Hot Air Balloon Festival.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thai Binh province said that the program aims to promote the image and tourism potential, while building the walking street into a cultural and commercial destination, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the province.

The Tourism Week is expected to create a unique cultural space, serving the needs of entertainment, recreation, exchange, art and cuisine enjoyment of the people and tourists.

It is known that this year's Tourism Week will have outstanding activities including: Opening ceremony of Tourism Week and Walking Street; Hot air balloon performance; Water puppetry; Thai Binh culinary fair and display, promotion of OCOP products; Provincial wrestling; Art program with the theme "The far-reaching sound of Cheo" and special music and dance program to celebrate major holidays.

The Tourism Week also has the participation of many localities in the province such as: Cua Lan Temple Festival (Tien Hai), Dong Xam Temple Festival (Kien Xuong), and eco-tours and experiences...
