The People's Committee of Vu Thu District (Thai Binh Province) has just mobilized two business households in Vu Van and Viet Thuan communes to dismantle two illegally built concrete mixing stations on the banks of the Red River. This is a violation that was reported by Giao Thong Newspaper.
On October 30 and 31, the People's Committee of Vu Thu district coordinated with the authorities of Vu Van and Viet Thuan communes to enforce the construction of two illegal concrete mixing stations on the banks of the Red River to protect the safety of the dike and irrigation corridor.
Mr. Vu Van Hung's family voluntarily dismantled the illegally built concrete mixing station on the Red River dike corridor.
That is the mini concrete mixing station in the Red River area corresponding to K182+600 of the Ta Hong Ha II dike, in Vu Van commune, owned by Mr. Vu Van Hung (residing in Nhan Binh village, Vu Van commune). Here, Mr. Hung arbitrarily poured 4 concrete pillars with a diameter of 0.6m and a height of 0.8m to make a mini concrete mixing station; built a reinforced concrete wall.
Mr. Hung's violation was promptly detected by the Vu Thu Dike Management Department, which made a record of the administrative violation and reported it to the Vu Van Commune People's Committee for handling according to its authority. However, to date, the above violation has not been completely handled.

These are the mixing stations that were reported by Giao Thong Newspaper in the article: "Thai Binh: Illegal mixing stations and yards are surrounded, authorities are struggling to handle them".
