The community cultural house - the intellectual house in Cao Thang village was built with an area of over 200 m2 , with a total cost of nearly 300 million VND (of which, over 100 million VND comes from socialized sources, the rest is from the local budget).
The community cultural house - the intellectual house is equipped with bookcases with more than 300 books, tables and chairs for reading on the spot, televisions, charts; the art area has a sound system to serve the activities of the clubs. The intellectual house campus is also built and invested with equipment and tools for people to practice sports, have fun, etc.
The intellectual house is a place for people of all walks of life to exchange and entertain, contributing to building a strong national unity bloc.
The model of community cultural house - an intellectual house aims to build a learning society, contributing to improving the cultural life of the residential area. The model is also a space for people, especially young people, to both study and play to develop comprehensively in morality - intelligence - physical fitness - aesthetics; contributing to building a new cultural life, building a strong national solidarity bloc.
It is known that this is the 7th intellectual house in Thach Ha. Previously, this model was deployed in the villages: Tan Tien (Tan Lam Huong), Sam Loc (Tuong Son), Trung Tien (Viet Tien), Song Hoanh (Luu Vinh Son), Bac Thuong (Thach Dai), Khe Giao II (Ngoc Son).
