For many years, Khe Van has been considered one of the most attractive destinations in the mountainous district of Binh Lieu (Quang Ninh).
Located about 15 km from Binh Lieu (Binh Lieu District), in Huc Dong Commune, the road to Khe Van waterfall is currently convenient with a flat asphalt road taking visitors all the way there.
On the journey from Highway 18C to Khe Van waterfall, visitors can enjoy the beautiful space, when traveling on the winding road like a soft silk strip, next to the terraced fields in the ripe rice season, in the distance are the peaceful houses of the Tay people, with children playing and running around.
The waterfall pours down like a white silk strip, surrounded by green forests and intact rocky mountains.
Khe Van waterfall has 3 floors, this is also the largest waterfall in Quang Ninh province.

Khe Van has 3 waterfall levels, each level has a different shape and appearance. The first level is a large, white stream of water flowing down from high cliffs to form a large lake.
On hot days, visitors can go up to the waterfall to bathe.
The second level, when water flows down from above, meets rocks and forms many layers, creating white foam. The last level below is where on hot days many tourists jump into the cool water to bathe.
Khe Van Waterfall has water pouring down all year round, creating a charming scene and is a place for tourists who love to explore.
According to local people, Khe Van waterfall used to be a place where San Chi boys and girls dated and sang Soong Co songs. These singing sessions were usually held in the middle of the third lunar month every year.
Later, the people also organized a festival, named March Singing Festival. On each occasion of the festival, not only the San Chi people in Huc Dong, but also many men and women of the San Chi ethnic group from Dai Duc commune (Tien Yen) and neighboring areas came to exchange and find love. At Khe Van waterfall, many couples became husband and wife that day.
Khe Van waterfall is the headwaters of large rivers in the area.
