On May 30, Techcombank announced that it will continue to organize the "Attracting International Talent - Overseas Talent Roadshow" campaign in Sydney, Australia in June 2023 to search for talented Vietnamese people who aspire to return to their homeland and continue the transformation journey with Techcombank.
Specifically, on June 16 and 17, 2023, Techcombank's "Attracting International Talents" program will be held at the Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour Hotel with the participation of the bank's Board of Directors and outstanding candidates in the field of technology and data, living and working in Australia.
Ms. Nikki Dang My Quyen, Techcombank's Human Resources Director, said that Techcombank kicked off its "Attracting International Talent" program this year with a campaign in Australia, expecting to continue to reach about 2,000 candidates and recruit at least 10 senior personnel with the specific skills and experience that the bank is looking for.
“The Australian human resources market has been growing rapidly in recent years, especially in the technology and data sector, which has undergone a comprehensive digital banking journey and is one of the most vibrant banking and financial markets in the world. This “Attracting International Talents” campaign is expected to attract senior personnel with skills and experience that are scarce in the Vietnamese market, to help Techcombank successfully carry out its 2021-2025 transformation journey,” Ms. Quyen shared.
According to Ms. Quyen, this campaign is an opportunity for Techcombank to attract excellent Vietnamese personnel abroad to work. Candidates joining Techcombank, in addition to a worthy remuneration regime, will be given the best conditions to inherit and develop their existing international experience and skills. Ms. Quyen also said that in 2022, Techcombank's "Attracting International Talent" campaign in 3 countries Singapore, the UK and the US received applications from more than 6,000 senior Vietnamese personnel and recruited more than 20 candidates to return to Vietnam to work at Techcombank.
