After days of silence, Taylor Swift has finally spoken out about the failed terrorist attack targeting her Eras Tour concerts in Vienna, Austria.

August 21, Taylor Swift first mention of the attack terrorism failed and three concerts in Vienna were canceled on the billion-dollar tour. Eras Tour .

“The cancellation of our Vienna shows was incredibly painful. The reason for the cancellation made me feel scared and incredibly guilty because so many people had planned to see those shows. But I was also so grateful to the authorities because thanks to them we were grieving for concerts, not lives. I was so happy with the love and solidarity I saw from fans coming together. I decided that all my energy would be focused on helping to protect the nearly half a million people I saw in London. My team and I worked directly with the stadium staff and the UK authorities every day to pursue that goal. I want to thank them for everything they have done for us,” Taylor wrote in a post summarizing her European tour on Instagram.

Beauty explained that the reason for keeping quiet was because it could provoke people who wanted to harm fans who came to see her show.

Taylor emphasized that silence represents restraint and waiting to express herself at the right time. She made finishing her European tour safely her top priority and was relieved that everything went according to plan.

Taylor ended her letter by thanking her fans in London: “London is like a beautiful dream sequence. Every crowd in the five shows at Wembley Stadium exploded with passion, joy and exhilaration. The energy in that stadium was like the biggest hug of 92,000 people every night and it took me back to a peaceful, carefree place.”

Earlier, Taylor Swift was forced to cancel three shows at Austria's Ernst Happel Stadium on August 8-10 at the last minute. Organizer Barracuda Music said the decision was made after authorities discovered a plot to detonate suicide bombs on fans outside the concert venue.

Franz Ruf, director general of public safety at the Austrian Interior Ministry, said authorities had successfully thwarted a terrorist plot and arrested three teenagers aged 15-19. The suspects had all pledged allegiance to the leader of the self-proclaimed Islamic State (IS).

Many fans expressed disappointment that Taylor Swift did not comment on the incident. Criticism increased when she was discovered hosting a party for 200 employees at a luxury club in London on August 12-13. The audience was upset because the beauty had time to party until 3am but did not write a single word of encouragement to her fans in Vienna on social media.

The singer's latest move Anti-hero helped calm angry fans. The post received more than 2.8 million Likes in just 3 hours. However, Taylor disabled comments so viewers could see more detailed thoughts.

After her European tour, Taylor will have a two-month break before continuing her tour in Miami, USA, on October 18. The pop superstar's final stop will be Vancouver, Canada in December.
