On December 4, confirming with VietNamNet reporter, the representative of Dong Mai industrial park leader (Quang Yen town, Quang Ninh) said that the incident happened at nearly 12 o'clock on the internal road of the industrial park.

Specifically, at the above time, the electric taxi moved to the internal road area in front of TCL Company to drop off passengers.

After the female passenger got off and walked past the front of the electric taxi, the car suddenly rushed forward. At that time, the female passenger was knocked onto the sidewalk, suffering minor injuries, while the electric taxi continued to "push the car" into 3 cars parked on the side of the road.

Extracts from the car's camera system show that after the female passenger got out of the car through the left rear door, the male driver leaned over to close the door and the above incident occurred.

"The three damaged cars belonged to people working in the industrial park. We have also made a record of the incident. The owners of the damaged cars and the electric taxi driver chose to resolve the matter themselves on an emotional level without having to ask for help from the authorities," said a representative of the Dong Mai industrial park.
