All one-stop service centers will start accepting cashless payments from June 1st.

On May 10th, the Hanoi People's Committee issued a document regarding the implementation of cashless payment methods for fees and charges when carrying out administrative procedures at one-stop service centers in the city.

Accordingly, based on the results of the pilot implementation of cashless payment of fees and charges when performing administrative procedures using "dynamic" QR codes at one-stop service centers in Hoan Kiem district, the task force and specialized agencies concluded that this pilot activity helps reduce the number of steps for officials and civil servants, and is convenient for citizens.

At the same time, it facilitates reconciliation for automatic deposit into the treasury, minimizing risks associated with holding fees and charges, and increasing transparency in transactions between citizens and government agencies.

The units are striving to ensure that 100% of transactions are cashless.

To replicate this highly effective initiative, the Hanoi People's Committee has requested directors and heads of departments and agencies, and chairmen of People's Committees at all levels, to immediately implement cashless payment solutions for administrative procedures and fees processed directly at the one-stop service center starting from June 1st.

Units are striving to ensure 100% cashless transactions and are encouraged to adopt software solutions for generating "dynamic" QR codes.

Hanoi City requires agencies to deploy support staff at one-stop service centers to assist citizens who do not have bank accounts or equipment to make cashless payments.

Relevant agencies are responsible for disseminating information and guiding citizens and businesses on methods of paying fees and charges without cash when carrying out administrative procedures at one-stop service centers at all levels in Hanoi, ensuring efficiency, speed, and convenience for citizens and businesses when conducting administrative procedures directly at these centers .
