State agencies have also built and maintained the Document and Work Records Management System (TDoffice) to serve the management, operation, and processing of electronic documents in the network environment. Achieving the target of 100% of documents exchanged between state agencies, 100% of work records performed in the network environment, signed by specialized digital signatures, except for confidential documents as prescribed by law.
An online meeting system with more than 700 points from provincial to communal levels connecting with the Central Government has also been invested in and put into operation, promoting its role in the direction and administration of all levels...
