At the Party Committee of the Bloc, the conference was connected to 305 connecting points at the affiliated Party Committees. Party Central Committee members: Nguyen Van The, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc; Le Quoc Minh, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, President of the Vietnam Journalists Association and nearly 11,000 cadres and civil servants attended the connecting points.
Receiving and thoroughly grasping the thematic content presented by the Central reporters, the Party Committee of the Bloc proposed that Party committees and reporters at the Bloc Party Committee level focus on disseminating a number of key tasks in September and October 2024.
Accordingly, it is necessary to propagate and thoroughly grasp the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies in all fields; to promote the role and responsibility of Party committees, authorities, and organizations at all levels, of cadres, Party members, and people of all walks of life, especially in the tasks of Party building and socio-economic development, and national development as stated in the Central Committee's resolutions, directives, and conclusions.
Party committees at all levels continue to disseminate the results of the 7th session of the 15th National Assembly; disseminate the Law on Identification; the Law on Forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level; promote dissemination and mobilization of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers in the party committee to participate in the Online Contest to learn about the 2024 Land Law on the Reporter Information Page at http://baocaovien.vn organized by the Central Propaganda Department from August 19 to September 8.
Propaganda work focuses on highlighting the results and significance of some important foreign affairs activities of the Party and State leaders; on the world situation and the work of protecting border and island sovereignty according to the Party and State's viewpoint; strengthening the protection of the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against wrong views and distorted arguments of hostile forces.
Regarding the celebration of major holidays and important historical events, the Party Committee of the Bloc recommends that Party committees at all levels closely follow Instruction No. 126-HD/BTGTW dated December 19, 2023 of the Central Propaganda Department to propagate the celebration of major holidays and important historical events in 2024. In the immediate future, there will be the 79th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2024) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2024); the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024); the 55th anniversary of the implementation of President Ho Chi Minh's Testament (1969-2024) and the 55th anniversary of his death (1969-2024); Propaganda to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army and the 35th anniversary of National Defense Day (Official Dispatch No. 653-CV/BTG July 31, 2024).
Propagating and implementing the Central Committee's directives, regulations and conclusions: Directive No. 30-CT/TW, dated February 5, 2024 of the Secretariat on "Oral propaganda work in the new situation"; especially promoting the dissemination of new points of Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, promoting the responsibility of Party committees at all levels, cadres and Party members in thoroughly grasping and implementing the Directive.
