Hoan Kiem District's report shows that in the first 3 months of 2025, the district's economy continued to develop rapidly and sustainably. Total trade and service revenue increased by 15.1% over the same period. Total state budget revenue in the district reached more than 13,071 billion VND, equal to 50.55% of the assigned estimate. The management of real estate, urban order, traffic safety, and environmental sanitation has always been given attention and synchronous direction with drastic solutions. During the 2020-2025 term, despite facing many difficulties and challenges greater than forecast, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee mobilized the participation of the entire district political system and the consensus of the people in implementing 7 programs, 33 major projects for the entire term, 5 key tasks, 3 breakthroughs; thereby achieving important and quite comprehensive results, with many outstanding highlights in various fields, creating motivation and trust in the entire political system, effectively promoting the good implementation of the goals and targets set out in the Resolution of the 26th District Party Congress.

The work of organizing the collection of voters' opinions in the district according to the city's direction has been carried out in a public, transparent and legal manner. The District Party Committee agreed on the policy of arranging administrative units according to the direction of the Central Government and the City; assigned the District People's Committee to complete the dossier and documents to submit to the District People's Council to issue a Resolution approving the policy of implementing the plan to arrange ward administrative units in the district.

Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Hoan Kiem District Vu Dang Dinh commended, acknowledged and highly appreciated the results that the Party Committee, government and people of Hoan Kiem District have achieved in the first quarter of 2025.

Emphasizing two key tasks that need to be implemented in the second quarter, Secretary of the Hoan Kiem District Party Committee Vu Dang Dinh requested that Party committees and district authorities strive to comprehensively implement political tasks and socio-economic development tasks.

It is necessary to focus on synchronously implementing tasks in Party building work; resolutely and comprehensively completing the socio-economic development plan; enhancing the responsibility of Party committees at all levels, authorities, agencies, units and people in the district in ensuring urban order, traffic safety and environmental sanitation; well organizing cultural, artistic, physical training and sports activities to celebrate major holidays of the capital and the country; continuing to seriously and effectively implement directives and resolutions of the Central Committee and the City Party Committee on the task of ensuring national defense and security. Continuing to improve the operational efficiency and executive capacity of district and ward governments.

The Secretary of the Hoan Kiem District Party Committee also requested that Party committees and authorities at all levels focus on performing well the task of arranging administrative units and organizing the new apparatus according to the direction of the Central Government and the city. Because this is an extremely important task, contributing to streamlining the apparatus, improving efficiency, effectiveness, and effectiveness, marking an important milestone in the new era - the era of national development.

During the process of arranging administrative units, Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, organizations and units from district to grassroots levels are responsible for ensuring that activities take place continuously, without interruption, and at the same time do not affect the activities of agencies, people and businesses in the area.
