Pursuant to Conclusion No. 09-KL/TU dated April 12, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee, the City Party Committee has directed organizations in the political system to develop specific action programs and seriously implement them.
The City Party Committee and the City Party Committee continue to innovate methods and improve leadership capacity for the political system; develop projects and issue specialized resolutions on improving the quality of cadres; review, amend and supplement regulations on cadre work; effectively implement cadre training and development. In the first 9 months of 2023, the city's trade - service, tourism, agricultural production, industry - handicraft activities gradually recovered and achieved a good growth rate; 284 newly registered enterprises were established. Budget revenue in the area as of September 20 reached 692.8 billion VND, equal to 85% of the plan assigned by the province, 67% of the plan assigned by the city.
Urban planning, beautification, and environmental sanitation have been given attention, and the appearance of some areas of the city has improved.
