The dispatch clearly stated that, implementing the Prime Minister's Official Dispatch No. 40/CD-TTg dated April 17, 2025 on handling the case of production and distribution of fake milk; Official Dispatch No. 41/CD-TTg dated April 17, 2025 on handling the case of production and trade of counterfeit medicines and health protection foods; Official Dispatch No. 790/ATTP-SP dated April 18, 2025 of the Department of Food Safety on strengthening inspection and post-inspection of fake and poor quality foods, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Health to coordinate with the Departments of Industry and Trade, Agriculture and Environment, the Provincial Police and departments, branches, units and localities based on their assigned functions and tasks to focus on organizing the review and inspection of the law compliance of establishments trading in medicines and health protection foods as well as ensuring food safety of dairy products in the area; Recall detected fake milk products, drugs, and health protection foods and strictly handle violations according to regulations.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and local media agencies continue to promote information and communication activities about the risks and harms of using counterfeit goods, especially fake milk, fake drugs, fake health protection foods of unknown origin; promote the purchase and sale of prescription drugs and the safe and effective use of drugs.
