Training on negotiation and salary scale development in enterprises

On April 3, in Ha Long city, the Trade Union of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province organized a training course on negotiation and salary scale development at non-state enterprises for grassroots trade unions.

At the conference, delegates representing employers, salary officers of enterprises and union officers of non-state enterprises under the Provincial People's Committee Trade Union listened to the provincial reporter convey thematic content on salary negotiation skills, building salary scales and tables at non-state enterprises...

In an open atmosphere, the trainees and union officials discussed, exchanged and shared their good experiences and good practices in their units and enterprises. At the same time, the reporters also shared their skills in handling situations that often occur during collective bargaining in their units and enterprises.

The training course is one of the contents of the plan to organize activities for Workers' Month in 2025; continue to implement the Project on developing labor relations in Quang Ninh province for the period 2021-2025 of the Provincial People's Committee Trade Union.
