Speaking at the opening of the training course, Vice President of the An Giang Provincial Federation of Labor Lu Thi Kim Thuy emphasized that oral propaganda and grasping public opinion are important tasks of trade union organizations. Through oral propaganda, positive messages can be spread, raising workers' awareness of their rights and obligations.

Through understanding public opinion, union officials better understand the thoughts and aspirations of workers. From there, they propose appropriate solutions to protect their legitimate rights and interests. This training course will equip union officials with the necessary skills to effectively convey the Party's policies and the State's laws and policies to union members and workers in an easy-to-understand, easy-to-remember, and easy-to-follow manner.

During one day, the trainees were trained by Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Nguyen Manh Ha on oral propaganda skills; skills and methods of grasping public opinion; coordinating the handling and orientation of public opinion. At the same time, they identified the situation, methods, and ways of effective struggle, effectively performing the task of protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting and refuting erroneous and hostile viewpoints.
