Training on implementing circulars regulating the issuance, revocation and registration of motor vehicle license plates

On the morning of August 7, the Provincial Police Department opened a training course on circulars regulating the issuance, revocation, and registration of motor vehicle license plates for officers and soldiers of the traffic police force and police officers of communes, wards, and towns in Lao Cai province.

During the training, more than 200 trainees who are leaders, team commanders, police officers and soldiers of districts, cities and communes who are qualified to do vehicle registration work were thoroughly informed of Circular 24/2023/TT-BCA dated July 1, 2023 of the Ministry of Public Security regulating the issuance and revocation of registration and license plates of motor vehicles; Circular 25/2023/TT-BCA dated July 1, 2023 of the Ministry of Public Security regulating the professional process of issuance and revocation of registration and license plates of motor vehicles.

In addition, the lecturers will focus on implementing new content for officers and soldiers, such as: Online vehicle registration process on the National Public Service Portal, the Ministry of Public Security's Public Service Portal; registration, issuance of identification plates; registration of auction-winning license plates; responsibilities of vehicle registration agencies and vehicle registration officers; issuance, management and use of vehicle registration accounts...

The training course takes place over 5 days (from August 7 to 11).
