Training on implementing circulars regulating the issuance, revocation and registration of motor vehicle license plates

On the morning of August 7, the Provincial Police Department opened a training course on circulars regulating the issuance, revocation, and registration of motor vehicle license plates for traffic police officers and police officers of communes, wards, and towns in Lao Cai province.

During the training period, more than 200 trainees who are leaders, team commanders, police officers and soldiers of districts, cities and communes who are qualified to do vehicle registration work were informed of Circular 24/2023/TT-BCA dated July 1, 2023 of the Ministry of Public Security regulating the issuance and revocation of registration and license plates for motor vehicles; Circular 25/2023/TT-BCA dated July 1, 2023 of the Ministry of Public Security regulating the professional process of issuance and revocation of registration and license plates for motor vehicles.

The training course takes place over 5 days (from August 7 to 11).
