Within the framework of the program, doctors and nurses from Gia An 115 Hospital and City International Hospital provided training in first aid and outpatient emergency care, and provided health consultations to officers and soldiers participating in the training. Doctors instructed on safety principles in emergency care and trained in first aid techniques such as basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation; treatment of heat stroke, sunstroke, heatstroke; first aid for acute stroke; and treatment of common bone and joint injuries.

This was to ensure the health of the parade and marching group celebrating the 50th anniversary of the country's reunification in Ho Chi Minh City.
