Training to improve e-commerce management and operation capacity for officers and members of cooperatives in ethnic minority and mountainous areas

On October 2, Thanh Hoa Province Cooperative Union organized a training course on “Improving skills in applying information technology for digital transformation, improving management capacity and e-commerce operations for officials and members of cooperatives in ethnic minority and mountainous areas”. This is a human resource training program under Sub-project 2, Project 10, National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas.

Comrade Nguyen Dinh Tuan, Chairman of the Provincial Cooperative Union, presented the basic contents of the Law on Cooperatives 2023.

The training was attended by 50 delegates representing typical cooperatives and cooperative groups in mountainous areas and ethnic minorities of the province.

Taking place from October 2 to October 3, reporters of the Provincial Cooperative Union will introduce the basic contents of the 2023 Law on Cooperatives; implement Circular 09/2024 of the Ministry of Planning and Investment and forms related to cooperatives and cooperative groups. At the same time, Master Pham Duc Anh, Lecturer of Hong Duc University, presented the topic of Raising awareness, skills in applying e-commerce, marketing, advertising, trade promotion for products and goods and solutions for management, improving productivity, quality, developing agricultural production associated with effective value chains.

Overview of the training class.

Within the framework of the training conference, delegates exchanged, discussed and answered questions about the application of digital technology in production and business activities. The knowledge and skills disseminated and guided in the training class will contribute to supporting cooperatives and cooperative groups in ethnic minority and mountainous areas of the province to apply them to their production and business activities. From there, it is possible to link production, promote trade, advertise and consume products as well as improve the quality and economic value of products.
