
The training conference was attended by nearly 200 delegates who are officials, civil servants, and public employees of departments, branches, and public service units of the province; leaders and officers of the project management board; investors, contractors, consulting units; individuals, organizations, and businesses in the city.

The training conference took place over 4 days (from April 24 to 27). Delegates were updated on the content of the topics, which provided in-depth legal knowledge on bidding and online bidding such as the roadmap for selecting contractors; practicing posting and providing information on bidding; risk management in bidding, etc.

In the context of an increasingly developing economy and deep international integration, bidding activities play an important role in managing, exploiting and using public resources effectively, transparently and fairly. Therefore, improving capacity, updating knowledge and skills in bidding and contractor selection are necessary for those participating in these activities.


The training conference is organized to equip, systematize, and update knowledge and professional skills on bidding, improve the capacity of members of expert groups, appraisal teams, and other individuals in need, thereby clearly understanding the organization process and participating in the implementation of bidding organization work at agencies and units.
