On June 21, at the Department of Justice, the Provincial Council for Legal Education and Dissemination held a training conference on knowledge and skills in communicating draft policies that have a great impact on society in the process of drafting legal documents.
The conference was attended by representatives of the Department of Legal Education and Dissemination, Ministry of Justice, Provincial Council for Legal Education and Dissemination, leaders of the Department of Justice, provincial legal reporters, legal officials of departments and branches; Justice Departments of districts and cities.
The conference is an activity to contribute to improving the quality of the work of drafting and promulgating legal documents in the coming time and to effectively implement Decision No. 407/QD-TTg dated March 30, 2022 of the Prime Minister approving the Project "Organizing policy communication with great impact on society in the process of drafting legal documents for the period 2022 - 2027"; Decision No. 3147/QD-BTP dated December 28, 2018 of the Minister of Justice promulgating the Framework Program for professional training for legal reporters and legal propagandists for the period 2023 - 2027".
At the conference, delegates listened to the reporter from the Department of Legal Education and Dissemination, Ministry of Justice, introduce an overview of some issues on the implementation and organization of policy communication that have a great impact on society in the process of developing legal documents; skills to identify policies and policy content that need to be communicated in the process of developing legal documents; skills to communicate draft policies on mass media and some other related contents; using video clips to communicate draft policies...
Through the training conference, provincial-level legal reporters and legal propagandists from departments and branches continued to proactively advise leaders of district and city People's Committees; and commune-level People's Committees to effectively organize and implement communication on draft policies that have a great impact on society during the process of drafting legal documents.
