According to the representative of the Organizing Committee, the training conference aims to continue raising awareness of digital transformation; fostering new technology knowledge for industry forces at information technology departments and stations and officers and employees in charge of implementing tasks on developing e-Government towards digital Government, applying information technology at key agencies and units throughout the army.

Through training, step by step build and form a team of specialized staff who are core and experts in digital transformation to advise the unit's leaders and commanders on the work of developing e-Government towards the unit's digital Government.

Colonel Nguyen Tung Hung delivered the opening speech at the training session.

During the one-day training, officers and employees were introduced to 7 topics by experts from the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Department of Cryptography, the Military Technical Academy, and the Military Industry-Telecom Group, including: Instructions for building an e-Government architecture framework; requirements for information security solutions for digital transformation; introduction of some current trends in command automation development and application capabilities in the Ministry of National Defense; information security assurance in e-Government development and digital transformation in the Ministry of National Defense; overview of IPv6 addresses and conversion methods from IPv4 to IPv6 for information technology systems on the Internet of the Ministry of National Defense; DNS domain name management and allocation system for the entire army on the military computer network; centralized resource management system in the data center, etc.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Colonel Nguyen Tung Hung requested the participants to promote self-awareness, strictly and fully comply with the regulations of the Organizing Committee; proactively exchange and discuss issues that are not yet clearly understood, and effectively apply them to the digital transformation task in the coming time. At the same time, he requested the Organizing Committee to manage and maintain time seriously and strictly, prepare documents, study and teaching conditions carefully, and properly implement the proposed program and plan.
