Training and knowledge development for 61 leaders of savings and loan groups in Cu Kuin district

The training course attracted the participation of 61 savings and loan group leaders from Ea Bhok and Dray Bhang communes.

Attending the training course, the trainees were imparted important knowledge on technical consultancy on crops, livestock, production organization methods and market orientation; agricultural production activities and typical production and business models; and operations related to the management of social policy credit capital in the province by Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuyen, Director of the Central Highlands Institute of Economics and Management and MSc. Tran Thi Tham, Deputy Director of the Dak Lak Branch of the Bank for Social Policies.

In addition, students also have the opportunity to discuss and answer questions related to lending processes and procedures, capital management, etc.

The training course not only helps trainees improve their knowledge and skills in managing savings and loan groups, but also equips group leaders with skills to effectively organize and manage group activities, ensuring effective operations.

Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuyen, Director of the Central Highlands Institute of Economics and Management, awarded certificates to students attending the training course.

It is known that in 2025, the Transaction Office of the Social Policy Bank of Cu Kuin district plans to organize 12 training courses, with a total of 616 participants. Of which, in coordination with the Dak Lak Social Policy Bank Branch, at least 2 training courses will be organized.
