During the training, trainees are updated and equipped with basic knowledge about food and food safety, legal regulations on food safety and some advanced quality management systems to ensure food safety.
At the conference, lecturers and students discussed, exchanged and shared experiences in applying advanced quality management systems, and existing problems to propose solutions to improve the effectiveness of food safety assurance in industrial food production and trading.
The training conference aims to equip knowledge, expertise and exchange experiences for leaders and owners of industrial food production, trading and processing establishments, thereby improving the quality and effectiveness of management and supervision of food safety assurance of the Industry and Trade sector.
