Ngan Tin starts construction of residential project aiming to achieve EDGE green building

Ngan Tin Group held the groundbreaking ceremony for Residential Area 05 Project at Point 3, the land fund along the extended economic zone axis of Nhon Hoi Economic Zone with an area of ​​5.8 hectares. The project is aiming to meet the EDGE green certification.

In Phu Cat district, Binh Dinh province, Ngan Tin Investment Group Joint Stock Company (abbreviated as Ngan Tin Group) has just held a groundbreaking ceremony for Residential Area Project 05 at point 3, land fund along the axis of the extended Economic Zone in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone in Cat Tien town.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Dinh Phu Minh, General Director of Ngan Tin Group, said that the project was recognized by Binh Dinh province as the winning result of the auction of land use rights to implement the project on November 27, 2023 (more than 166 billion VND) and was granted a license to build technical infrastructure on June 20, 2024 (total investment is 1,093 billion VND - PV).

According to Mr. Minh, the project has a scale of 5.8 hectares, planned with the purpose of building a residential area of ​​193 townhouses and villas, with a population of about 695 people. The project will effectively exploit the land fund along the extended economic zone axis, ensuring synchronous connection of infrastructure, landscape architecture with other subdivisions and neighboring projects in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone.

“We are committed to building Cat Tien with the best quality, using high-quality materials and advanced technology. We are determined to carry out all stages of design and construction to meet the strict standards of EDGE certification - an international certification for green buildings issued by IFC of the World Bank”, Mr. Minh committed.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai, Director of the Institute of Construction Science and Technology, said that building green buildings that save energy and resources has become an inevitable trend in the construction industry, aiming towards a sustainable future for future generations.

According to Mr. Hai, the Residential Area 05, Cat Tien Project was developed with the desire to meet the strict standards of the EDGE certificate. Although the project has not yet achieved this certificate, with the strong commitment of the investor and the serious working spirit of all parties involved, it is believed that it will achieve the goal of this certificate.

“We are fully confident that, with the careful preparation and dedication of everyone, the Residential Area 05 Project, Cat Tien will not only achieve green building certification but also become a model of sustainable development in Vietnam,” said the Director of the Institute of Construction Science and Technology.

At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Dang Vinh Son, Head of the Binh Dinh Economic Zone Management Board, said that Residential Area Project 05, located at Point 3, the land fund along the extended Economic Zone Axis Road, is considered one of the residential projects in Cat Tien Urban Area with a unique location and beautiful terrain at the gateway to Nhon Hoi Economic Zone in the direction from Phu Cat Airport and the axis road to the center of Quy Nhon City, close to the sea.

Therefore, the project is of great interest, expected to become a residential area, housing, high-class townhouses with outstanding services for Cat Tien town, Phu Cat district and Nhon Hoi Economic Zone.

Mr. Son assessed that with extensive experience and professionalism, Ngan Tin Group will successfully develop the project, maximize available potential and advantages, and create a new attractive residential area in the near future.

According to Mr. Son, the investor completed its financial obligations regarding land earlier than the prescribed schedule (30 days), was recognized by the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province and agreed to award a Certificate of Merit from the Provincial Chairman for its positive contribution to the investment attraction target, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality.

In Binh Dinh, Ngan Tin Group is the investor of Bai Xep International Beach Resort Project with a total investment of 2,500 billion VND and has started construction of phase 1. The Group was also awarded a Memorandum of Understanding to study and research the establishment of an Urban Area Project in Quy Nhon City.
