That was shared by Mr. Marco Ruocco, in charge of sales in Switzerland of the DSV AIR & SEA logistics group (Sweden), at the investment and trade promotion seminar with the theme: Thai Binh Economic Zone - Rising economic satellite in Northern Vietnam, taking place on March 22, in Zurich, Switzerland.
Thai Binh has 3 "attractive" factors, attracting investors
The workshop was organized by the Swiss-Vietnamese Business Bridge (SVBG) and the Swiss-Asian Chamber of Commerce (SACC), in collaboration with the Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee and the Vietnamese Embassy in Switzerland. This activity is part of a working trip of the Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee, led by Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Than, and 10 enterprises to promote investment in Switzerland and Germany.
Swiss businesses ask many questions and are interested in projects in Thai Binh province.
According to the leader of Thai Binh province, Switzerland is particularly strong in finance, banking, insurance, manufacturing industry, pharmaceuticals, agricultural and food processing, renewable energy and tourism services. These are also the areas in which the locality is seeking investment and cooperation to develop and create a strong socio-economic foundation.
At the workshop, Mr. Nguyen Quang Hung, Permanent Vice Chairman of Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee, affirmed that this locality is growing strongly and becoming the most attractive investment destination in the northern provinces of Vietnam.
Specifically, Thai Binh has Thai Binh Economic Zone, a special investment incentive area, with the highest investment incentives according to Vietnamese law. The large area of industrial development land (8,020 hectares) meets the development needs of investors.
Thai Binh has a favorable geographical location, bordering Hai Phong City, directly accessing the national transportation system, about 35 km from Cat Bi International Airport (Hai Phong), about 50 km from Lach Huyen Port (Hai Phong), about 140 km from Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi)... Besides, this locality has a human resource of over 1 million people of working age.
In particular, Thai Binh authorities always accompany, support and create the most favorable conditions for investors throughout the process of investment research, project implementation and production and business activities.

Mr. Marco Ruocco, in charge of sales in Switzerland of the DSV AIR & SEA logistics group (Sweden), which has two offices in Vietnam, sees the geographical location of Thai Binh as very important for the operation of this business and hopes that Thai Binh will develop an economic infrastructure system as in the strategic planning of this province and become a link in the maritime transport map of this global group.

Thai Binh, as an emerging economic satellite, can bring even more opportunities for investors".
