HRAA Honors EQuest Education Group
The HR Asia Awards 2024 (HRAA) ceremony took place in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. With the theme "The Definitive Z Choice", this year's HRAA aims to honor businesses that have been striving to become the top choice for Gen Z - the dynamic and creative workforce of the future.
Mr. Dam Quang Minh, Deputy General Director of EQuest, representing the group received the "Best Workplace in Asia" award from HR Asia
Mr. Dam Quang Minh (Deputy General Director of EQuest) shared: "We are very grateful to HRAA for giving this honorable award to EQuest. At EQuest, people are always the most valuable asset, and we are committed to continuing to invest in human resources with a strong strategy and sustainable development. We also believe that with the current talent attraction policies, the Group will have more good employees, in order to create good values for society through education."
HR Asia Awards is an annual award organized by Business Media International (BMI - one of Asia's leading media and corporate events companies). This is one of the most prestigious awards in the field of human resource management in Asia, honoring organizations with excellent human resource management and support policies and regimes, contributing to creating an ideal working environment for employees.
Since 2013, HRAA has been held in many countries and leading enterprises in Vietnam such as Microsoft Vietnam, Pfizer Vietnam, Shell Vietnam, Unilever Vietnam, IGC Group, RT Holdings, Fulbright University, UNIS Hanoi... have participated and won this award.
Human resource policies and benefits create a solid foundation to attract talent.
As one of the largest and most dynamic private education groups in Vietnam, EQuest has a 20-year history of development, with more than 5,000 employees nationwide and internationally. For employees, EQuest focuses on empowering autonomy and encouraging contributions, along with continuous learning. With core values of Learning, Excellence, Action, Dedication, Scalability, throughout the development journey, EQuest considers each member an important part of the organization.
The Group has an L&D (Training & Development) strategy with policies and programs to support employees from the first days of joining, such as the Integration Training Program ("Welcome, EQuest Learning & Development" or "Employee Onboarding Session Feedback Survey") to help new employees integrate quickly, understand the culture and work process. EQuest employees are also encouraged to flexibly use multi-platform working tools (Workplace, Google Chat, 1Office ...), apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) to work, helping employees quickly adapt to the technology era, along with the characteristics of the increasingly strong wave of Generation Z employees.
EQuest has many programs and policies to support and encourage employees and attract talent.
Nguyen Hoang Phung, a C&B team employee at EQuest, shared: "Although I am a young employee of Generation Z and have only worked at EQuest for 2 years, I find the environment here very close and everyone is very affectionate. At work, although I am a new employee and still have many confusions, I always receive a lot of support and guidance from everyone. Sometimes when I encounter difficult tasks, everyone is willing to stay with me until 10 pm to handle them together. Another thing that impresses me here is the "Ngo Dong Grocery Store", an initiative to help unite employees of the C&B team. There, everyone "contributes rice" to use when hungry or coming home late. Those are the things I love about EQuest."
As an educational group, EQuest has the advantage of having a team of experienced domestic and international experts and educational managers, ready to support and share knowledge with other members, especially young staff.
The Group also regularly builds and improves attractive welfare policies to listen to and meet the needs of employees, ensuring the material, spiritual and health life of all employees, such as sports & cultural competitions, FED (Friday Evening Drink), Birthday leave, allowing 30% of working time from home or "Away day" (1 day working away).
The award is a recognition of EQuest's continuous efforts in building a positive, creative and humane working environment.
The "Best Places to Work in Asia 2024" award is a testament to EQuest's commitment to building a working environment that not only delivers business efficiency but also aims at humanity, diversity, sustainability, and creates conditions for each individual to freely develop their abilities.
