China's Yi Guang Group studies investment in building waste treatment plant in Vinh Phuc

On the afternoon of April 16, Comrade Phung Thi Kim Nga, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee received and worked with the Yi Guang Group, China, who came to study and explore investment in Vinh Phuc . Also attending were leaders of relevant departments, agencies, sectors and localities.

Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Phung Thi Kim Nga received and worked with Mr. Nhan Hong Phong, Chairman of Dich Quang Group (China).

Appreciating the visit and investment research of Dich Quang Group in Vinh Phuc, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phung Thi Kim Nga emphasized the good relationship between Vietnam and China and said: In 2025 , the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and China; the good results of the recent State visit of General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping continued to strengthen the good cooperative relationship between the two countries. Introducing the socio-economic situation and investment attraction policies of the province, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phung Thi Kim Nga emphasized that Vinh Phuc always considers investors in Vinh Phuc as its citizens, the province is focusing on attracting high-tech industries such as semiconductors, electronic components, healthcare, education, logistics, environmental treatment with modern technology. Vinh Phuc will create the most favorable conditions for investors in general and Dich Quang Group in particular to successfully invest in the province.

Thanking the provincial leaders for taking the time to receive the delegation, the leader of Dich Quang Group said: Dich Quang Group operates mainly in 3 areas: Real estate, construction and environmental protection and treatment. The group focuses on investing in Southeast Asia and Vietnam. The group wishes to invest in a waste treatment plant with a capacity of 1,000 tons per day in Vinh Phuc.

Affirming Vinh Phuc's development perspective is to develop the economy in parallel with environmental protection, developing a sustainable green economy. Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Phung Thi Kim Nga agreed in principle to let Dich Quang Group study and invest in a waste treatment plant in Vinh Phuc and assigned the Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support Center to be the focal point to coordinate with relevant departments, branches and localities to support Dich Quang Group in studying investment, moving towards completing procedures to implement the waste treatment plant project as soon as possible.
