Most recently, on June 25, with its efforts in caring for employees, BRG Group was honored to be one of 67 enterprises honored as "Typical enterprise for employees" in 2024. For many years, BRG Group has been honored in the program. This shows the efforts of the enterprise in pursuing the strategy of "taking people as the center of development" according to the sustainable development orientation that the group has set out from the very beginning more than 30 years ago.The "Outstanding Enterprises for Workers" Ranking Program is chaired by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, in coordination with the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and assigned to Lao Dong Newspaper to implement since 2014. The program selects and honors enterprises that have made continuous efforts to improve the working environment, care for the interests and improve the material and spiritual life of employees, have higher welfare regimes than those prescribed by the State, production and business activities always grow, tax obligations, social insurance (SI) are guaranteed to build harmonious and progressive labor relations, aiming to develop sustainably in the process of integration and development. After a difficult time after the COVID-19 pandemic, 67 enterprises honored in 2024 have many achievements in daring to think, daring to do, overcoming difficulties caused by the pandemic to produce and do business effectively; Taking care of workers both during and after the pandemic, making efforts and persistently building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations, being typical in taking care of the material and spiritual life of workers, towards sustainable development. |
