Mr. Darsie emphasized that today, after 95 years under the leadership of the Party, Vietnam is a prosperous, free, unified and peaceful country with all countries in the world. After the country was reunified, Vietnam experienced significant demographic growth, with the population increasing from 34 million in 1975 to 95 million today. The people’s search for unity about the country’s future continued throughout the reconstruction period, aiming to provide housing, cities, schools and jobs for all. This means that together with the people, the Communist Party of Vietnam has succeeded in bringing about enormous positive changes for the Vietnamese people themselves.
According to Mr. Darsie, in addition to efforts to continue implementing the national public health service, meeting the demands for higher wages and an education system capable of training young people to look to the future with collective and general knowledge, Vietnam should politically fight against Western culture, which has lured a large part of the youth and society into pragmatic and materialistic individualism as the highest form of aspiration for a better future for the younger generation. He expressed his belief that the Communist Party of Vietnam will certainly continue to succeed in leading the country in the era of renovation, thanks to the support and consensus of the Vietnamese people.

According to Dr. Nguyen Hong Son, before the appearance of the Communist Party of Vietnam on February 3, 1930, Vietnam had to face a serious crisis in the way to save the country. The prolonged crisis in the way to save the country in the early 20th century was completely resolved with the birth of the Party.

After 50 years of national reunification and 40 years of implementing the Renovation process, Vietnam has successfully fulfilled historical requirements, successfully renewed itself, escaped the status of a poor, underdeveloped country, achieved great achievements of historical significance, created new position and strength, new foundation, potential, position, and international prestige.

Although he is over 80 years old, Mr. Ly Minh Han in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (China) can still sit for hours enthusiastically talking about the results of his devoted research on the life and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh, especially his chairing of the conference to unify and establish the Communist Party of Vietnam 95 years ago.

Mr. Ly Minh Han emphasized that the reason he spent so much time collecting and researching the above contents was because of his love, respect and admiration for President Ho Chi Minh, the father of the Vietnamese nation and also a great friend of the Chinese people.
Nowadays, despite his advanced age and poor health, Mr. Ly Minh Han still closely follows the economic and social developments of Vietnam every day. In particular, on major holidays of Vietnam and China, he often writes poems praising the relationship and traditional friendship of the two peoples to share with relatives and friends.
Mr. Ly Minh Han said that up to now, he has basically collected enough written documents about all the places and landmarks that President Ho Chi Minh visited during his journey to find a way to save the country from 1911 to 1941. Not only that, he also researched, compiled and published a book decoding the different names and code names that President Ho Chi Minh used during his revolutionary years and most recently, as an advisor to the Nguyen Ai Quoc Film Crew in Hong Kong.
Unable to hide his emotion, Mr. Ly Minh Han said that the results he has achieved during more than half his life collecting documents and researching about President Ho Chi Minh and the Communist Party of Vietnam will forever be his invaluable assets and boundless pride.

This year, 76 years old, nearly 40 years away from home, making a living in the land of pagodas, Mr. Tran Van Nam said that overseas Vietnamese like him, although living far from their homeland, always pay attention to and closely follow the situation in Vietnam through newspapers and radio. Thanks to that, he knows that the Communist Party of Vietnam is vigorously promoting the fight against corruption, as well as the policy of streamlining the government apparatus from the central to local levels.

Expressing his excitement and joy at the country’s recent innovation and changes through many major policies of the Party and State, the Chairman of KVA Preah Sihanouk Province Branch said that if the policies are thoroughly implemented, overseas Vietnamese will respond and support them. Because, as a son far from home, he wishes for nothing more than to see a strong Vietnam, moving further and higher.
To do that, Mr. Tran Van Nam said that Vietnam needs to persistently pursue the innovation policy, and expressed his hope that the innovation program, streamlining the apparatus and the fight against corruption in Vietnam will bring many successes.
Referring to the country's development goals, Mr. Tran Van Nam said that at present, Vietnam has "position" and "strength". According to him, the goals set by the Party and the State are completely within reach when the entire political system makes every effort, together with the support of the people, becoming a great source of motivation and strength to realize what has been set.
The Chairman of KVA of Preah Sihanouk province shared: “As overseas Vietnamese, we are very happy and hope that this goal will be achieved so that we can be on par with the world's leading progressive countries.” He also expressed his confidence in the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, hoping that the Party will develop stronger and stronger, leading Vietnam to continue to develop and move forward.
