* Ms. Le Thi Thu Hien, President of the Women's Union of Cu M'gar district:
Social supervision and criticism are important tasks that help the Women's Union perform well its function of representing and protecting the legal and legitimate rights and interests of women; at the same time, demonstrate the role of the union in contributing ideas to build the Party and government.
Therefore, in order for female cadres and members to have the opportunity to express their opinions to the Party Committee and the government about their legitimate aspirations and issues that need to be addressed and resolved, women's unions at all levels need to regularly organize forums and dialogues with different target groups with agencies, organizations, cadres, party members, especially heads of Party Committees and governments at all levels to listen to and gather opinions and recommendations of female cadres, members and interested people; select appropriate, correct and accurate social criticism content and issues to advise and propose to Party Committees and governments to create mechanisms suitable to the characteristics of each locality.
* Ms. Hoa Thi Hang, President of Women's Union of Ea Na commune, Krong Ana district:
Digital transformation is an inevitable trend in the process of social development, bringing many new approaches to enhance power and improve the quality of life for women. Digital transformation creates many new professions; at the same time, it brings equal opportunities for women to access services, e-commerce, access to abundant knowledge resources from online courses, thereby increasing employment opportunities. Women can start a business right at home, in the locality where they live.
For women, especially women in rural areas, improving their ability to adapt to the digital age is essential. In fact, women are in dire need of participating in digital skills training programs, management skills, leadership skills, especially for young women, female entrepreneurs, potential female leaders; having the opportunity to cooperate with technology businesses to help women access and use digital technology in work and life.
* Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung Viet, Deputy Head of the Provincial Youth Union's Propaganda Department:
Currently, thanks to the attention paid to the work of sourcing, planning, training, fostering and using female cadres, along with the efforts of the female cadres themselves, the proportion of female leaders and managers is constantly increasing. Many female cadres, especially young female cadres, are trusted to hold important positions and through practical work have affirmed and promoted their roles in Party agencies, government, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels. The proportion of female cadres participating in Party committees at all levels is increasing.
Although traditional gender stereotypes have been reduced and changed in an increasingly positive direction, the perception of many social groups about the role and political position of women is still much more prejudiced and strict than that of men. This is one of the reasons that limits the ability and advancement of women in the fields of political and social activities. Therefore, in order to create conditions and opportunities for female cadres to improve their qualifications and capacity in all aspects, and to gradually advance Vietnamese women in the cause of building and developing the country, it is necessary to have the cooperation of the whole society, in which each woman herself needs to proactively study, practice, and strive to improve her own capacity; families need to create conditions for women to develop and share household chores; there need to be policies and mechanisms suitable to the characteristics of each region and locality to support women, especially ethnic minority women.
