Giving gifts to workers in difficult circumstances

On May 31, the Provincial Federation of Labor in coordination with the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union organized a visit and gave gifts to workers in difficult circumstances working at a number of enterprises in the province.

The delegation visited and presented 76 gifts to disadvantaged workers at MCNEX VINA Co., Ltd. (Phuc Son Industrial Park) and Great Global International Co., Ltd. (Gian Khau Industrial Park) with a total value of 38 million VND, each gift worth 500 thousand VND; supported 12 workers affected by work suspension and reduced working hours with 1 million VND/person.

The delegation also spent a lot of time visiting the production and business situation of enterprises in the past year; salary and bonus policies for workers, especially activities to care for union members and employees during this year's Workers' Month at enterprises.

Visiting and giving gifts to workers in difficult circumstances is one of the practical activities in the series of activities responding to Workers' Month and Action Month for occupational safety and hygiene in 2023 of the Trade Union organization.

The meaningful gifts have contributed to material and spiritual encouragement for union members and workers. Thereby, helping them to reduce difficulties, continue to stick with the enterprise, contributing to promoting production and business development in the coming time.
