Strengthening business management at Hubways and bathing areas on Sam Son beach

The Hubway system is located along Sam Son beach, providing refreshment services, fast food and essential amenities for visitors.

The shower area includes both indoor and outdoor areas, meeting the needs of fresh water showers and storing items after swimming in the sea.

To improve operational efficiency, the City People's Committee assigned the Center for Culture, Information, Sports and Tourism to preside over general management coordination, coordinate with the Construction Investment Project Management Board and the Youth Union of wards and communes to directly operate each Hubway.

The plan also specifies the number of staff for each peak and off-peak period. In particular, during the peak period from April 20 to July 31, 2025, the total number of staff deployed will be more than 150 people. All employees must ensure standards of ethics, conduct, competence, wear uniforms, and wear name tags while working.

Regarding business management, Hubways must publicly list prices, sell goods at the right price and ensure quality. In particular, the plan requires strictly prohibiting all forms of street vending, massage parlors, begging, and soliciting customers in the Hubway area and bathing areas.

Forces such as the Tourism Security and Order Team, the Urban Order Inspection Team, and the Ward and Commune Police will increase inspection and handling of violations in the areas.
