Coordinated with functional forces, such as: Electricity, electricity and water enterprises in the area to "go to every alley, knock on every door" to inspect and guide people on how to use electricity and vehicles using Li-ion batteries safely; overcome situations of improper use of electricity, not according to the manufacturer's requirements, in order to minimize the causes of fires and explosions caused by electrical short circuits.

Strengthen training and professional training in fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue for fire prevention and fire fighting forces, ensure security and order at the grassroots level, so that when a fire, explosion or incident occurs, fire fighting and rescue will be organized promptly and effectively from the beginning.

All levels and sectors should strengthen propaganda to warn of fire and explosion risks, especially in the upcoming hot days; develop propaganda columns and disseminate legal knowledge on fire prevention, fighting, rescue, especially the Law on Fire Prevention, Fighting, Rescue and Rescue 2024 (effective from July 1, 2025); provide people with skills on fire prevention, fighting, and escape skills in emergency situations in appropriate forms.
