The Provincial People's Committee has sent a document to units and localities on continuing to implement Directive No. 20-CT/TU (dated November 11, 2022) of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on strengthening leadership and direction in handling slow-to-implement production and business investment projects (using non-budgetary capital, outside industrial parks) in Dong Nai.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requested units to continue to thoroughly grasp, propagate and promote the effective implementation of Directive No. 20. Proactively research, propose and advise competent authorities to specify the mechanisms and policies of the Central Government, promulgate local mechanisms and policies, suitable to the actual conditions of the province and promptly deploy to support investors in carrying out project implementation procedures, limiting delays. Promote the effectiveness of the Working Group for handling slow-moving projects in the province.

The Provincial People's Committee also requested units to periodically report the implementation results of Directive No. 20 to the Provincial People's Committee every 6 months and annually. The Department of Finance is responsible for organizing, monitoring, urging the implementation and synthesizing periodic reports to submit to the Provincial People's Committee, submit to the Provincial Party Committee, and report to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee according to regulations.
