All businesses must present complete documents.
Following the working group of Market Management Team No. 5 (in charge of Dien Khanh, Cam Lam and Khanh Vinh districts) to inspect and control dairy businesses in Dien Khanh town, it was initially noted that the inspected dairy and general goods businesses all presented full documents proving the origin of the goods sold at the stores. The businesses also strongly supported the authorities' involvement in inspecting and controlling the market, in order to ensure fairness in business and protect the rights of consumers. Representatives of some businesses said that since the authorities brought the fake milk case to light, customers have started to return to buy more products from reputable brands sold at the stores, so sales have increased.

Ms. Le Thi Hao Nhien - owner of Ham Thu milk shop (Dien Khanh town) said: "In the past few days, I have been closely following the information in newspapers and on TV about the fake milk network. Although the shop always sells genuine milk products with full documents proving their origin, after the incident, we still carefully review the types of milk being sold. In reality, many consumers are not interested in or researching the products they buy, but mainly believe in offers and advertisements, especially products recommended by celebrities and doctors, so they buy products that do not guarantee quality. Therefore, I strongly agree and support the authorities to increase patrols and control the market, promptly detect violating businesses."
