Comrade Le Quoc Minh emphasized that, like in other countries, Vietnamese media is facing many challenges as well as opportunities when every day in the world, about 7 billion pieces of information are posted on social networking sites and there are many cases of information interference.

People only need smart devices to be able to quickly post information online, including a lot of inaccurate information and they are also less responsible for incorrect information. Therefore, official press agencies must adapt quickly and appropriately to both post information quickly and accurately so that society can receive the right issues, especially to deal with fake news, contributing to creating a clean and standardized information environment.

Comrade Le Quoc Minh said that the potential for press and media cooperation between Vietnam and Thailand is still very large.

Therefore, media cooperation between countries plays an increasingly important role in the current situation.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand also said that recently, it has coordinated with official press agencies of a number of countries to increase the dissemination of official information to eliminate misunderstandings caused by previous inaccurate information, helping the public understand the issue accurately.
