Strengthening land management in Bac Kan province

BBK - The People's Committee of Bac Kan province has just issued Document No. 2830/UBND-NNTNMT dated April 16, 2025, directing the strengthening of state management of land in the province.

The document requests departments, branches and localities to strengthen state management of land to effectively implement the 2024 Land Law and guiding documents of competent authorities.

Further strengthen the dissemination of land laws to officials, people and businesses. Strictly manage land, prevent and handle violations of encroachment and illegal change of land use purpose.

Promote land registration, issue land use right certificates, and thoroughly resolve long-standing problems. Establish and adjust land use planning and plans to ensure consistency, efficiency, and suitability for socio-economic development. Fully implement compensation, support, and resettlement when the State reclaims land; ensure transparency and fairness.

Strengthen inspection, examination, and handling of violations in the field of land and effective use of public land and forestry land. Require organizations and individuals to use land for the right purposes and in accordance with legal regulations. Assign departments and branches to closely coordinate and proactively advise the Provincial People's Committee to handle related issues./.
