The boundary is limited to the North by Provincial Road 295, to the South and West by the planning road connecting Provincial Road 295 with Road 398B, to the East by the current residential area of ​​Cau Xi village, Ngoc Chau commune, Mo village and Trai Rung village, Ngoc Thien commune; the project scale has a planning research area of ​​75 hectares.
