Accordingly, implementing the Special Announcement of the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front on the State funeral of comrade Khamtay Siphandone, former Chairman of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, former President, former Prime Minister of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, pursuant to Decree No. 105/2012/ND-CP dated December 17, 2012 of the Government; Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee requests agencies, units, organizations, individuals, entertainment establishments to stop or postpone organizing art programs, public entertainment activities in Phu Tho province during the 2 days of State funeral (April 4 and 5, 2025).

The People's Committee of Phu Tho province requests the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Phu Tho province (the Standing Agency of the Organizing Committee of the Hung Kings' Commemoration Day and the Cultural - Tourism Week of the Ancestral Land in the year of At Ty - 2025), the Hung Temple Historical Relic Site, the People's Committees of districts, towns, cities and agencies, units, organizations, individuals, and entertainment establishments to stop, postpone or postpone the organization of public art, entertainment and recreation activities within the framework of the Cultural - Tourism Week of the Ancestral Land in the year of At Ty - 2025 approved in Plan No. 414/KH-UBND dated January 24, 2025 of the People's Committee of Phu Tho province.
