Driver throws rock, breaks car window on Da Nang highway

On August 3, Hoa Vang District Police (Da Nang City) are handling a case of conflict between two drivers that led to a rock being thrown, breaking the windshield of a car.

Previously, at around 6:00 p.m. on August 1, Mr. Do Minh H. (born in 1979, residing in An Khe ward, Thanh Khe district, Da Nang city) was driving car with license plate 76A - 048.27 on the Da Nang - Quang Ngai highway.

Running in the same direction as Mr. H.'s car was a car with license plate 18C - 069.79 driven by Mr. Phung Van T. (born in 1995, residing in Dinh Quan district, Dong Nai province).

At this time, the two drivers were driving in the wrong lane, leading to a conflict. Mr. H. drove ahead and stopped at the Tuy Loan toll station to wait for Mr. T.'s car to arrive.

Here, this person picked up a rock from the side of the road and threw it straight at Mr. T's car, breaking the windshield.

Mr. T. then drove his car into the highway operator's office and reported it to the police. The damage to Mr. T.'s windshield is estimated at about 11 million VND.
